ULTRA Training Program

All our employees go through a safety orientation program prior to any assignment.  Each new employee is introduced to the company rules and practices through our audio visual and hands on training methods (see Attachment 3- Sample Training).  Safe working practices, chemical and hazardous material training, and safety hazards are part of this training.

During our training program our supervisors impress upon the constant need for awareness, which is the key element of our safety first program.
