We believe in doing it right the first time. Our Quality
program is based on good communication between employees,
management, and our clients. Our Quality Control System
provides the communications framework for daily on-site
inspection, work performance and inspection log, which is
available for review by our customer.
Our goal of following “Good Manufacturing Practices” governed
by documented procedures for equipment, products, people,
and process has given us a good foundation for developing
our current quality principles. We are in the process of
reviewing the ISO 9002 requirements to develop a Quality
Delivery System that represents Ultra’s current business
practices and will help us in our pursuit for certification
in the near term.
